The Rage

Went to the doctors this morning to get to the bottom of what's wrong with Lucy. My appointment card read 21 Nov at 9.15am, their computer read 22 Nov at 12noon. I understand mistakes can be made but to make matters worse I had to sit in the waiting room for 20 minutes unaware that I wasn't going to be seen then the doc takes me into the room to say there had been a mistake. WHY couldn't the receptionist tell me that when I first got there?!?!?!?
